RESPECT
Yourself - Make goals and work hard to achieve them. Don't beat yourself up when you don't meet your expectations. Remember, no time is a bad time, just a different time.
Your Coach - Your coach can only help you achieve your goals. It is your hard work that makes you excel. Respect what your coach asks you to do by doing it.
Your Teammates - Let your teammates complete their practice without interference. Cheer your teammates on while they compete.
Your Competitiors - Show good sportsmanship at all times.
